What does AI Team do?
AI Team builds websites and sets up practical business tools for UK small businesses. The work includes Shopify shops, booking systems, WhatsApp enquiry handling, local search, social posting, dashboards and supported SAP–Shopify connections. You choose the job you need help with; we agree the setup and ongoing scope.
Do I need a website if I already have Facebook?
A website gives customers a place to find your services, hours and contact details without using Facebook. If your current page already does everything you need, a simple website may be enough. The right starting point depends on the information your customers struggle to find.
Do I need to understand AI to use these tools?
No. We explain the work in plain English and handle the agreed setup. You supply accurate business information and approve content or answers where needed. A real person remains part of the process.
How much does AI Team cost?
Managed packages are £500–£1,500 per month, depending on the work included. Setup, usage allowances and third-party costs are agreed upfront. A website on its own is quoted separately; it does not automatically require a £500 monthly package.
Will AI post content or answer customers without my say-so?
Social posts go through an approval step. Customer-message workflows use information and tasks agreed with you, with a human handoff for situations outside that scope. We decide those boundaries before setting anything up.
Can I keep the website and tools I already use?
Where a supported connection or an update to your existing setup solves the problem, that can be considered first. We check compatibility before quoting. Some systems need extra work or fall outside the reusable offer.
